In keeping with my "honesty is the best policy," I'm going to do that in this case. I absolutely love egg rolls, and I've always loved the egg rolls at Peking Express, however, I think they must have changed something about the recipe.
They are a little different than I remember. I mean they are okay, but just not the same. I'm sure you all have experienced something like that at a favorite restaurant.
They have a nice crunch, but it's the texture of the inside that threw me just a little. I'm still going to eat a Peking Express, because overall they have great food!
