Chicken and Waffles - Morgan's Restaurant

Is there a right or wrong way to eat chicken and waffles? In my opinion, no, but don't take my word for it.  If you have never had this dish, it's a must try!! Put chicken and waffles on your bucket list if you have too!! lol

Calamari - Morgan's Restaurant

I can remember a time long ago, that I was too afraid to even try calamari. Then one day, I got over my fear and gave it a try.  I have been a huge fan of calamari ever since that day!!

I'll admit, I like it best when it is flash fried.  

In the foreground of the pic below, is a beautiful serving of fried calamari with three different sauces.  There is a marinara sauce, a honey mustard sauce and a Sriracha mayo sauce.

Shrimp and Grits - Green Eggs Cafe

I absolutely love grits!! I can eat them any kind of way they are served!! In the pic below is as delicious dish of Bacon Creole Shrimp and Grits from the Green Eggs Cafe in Miami.

My sister sent this yummy pic to me while she was in Miami to watch my niece graduate!

I will be sure to stop at the Green Eggs Cafe to taste this dish for myself!! It looks so tasty!! 

Smoked Seared Tuna

This was THE best seared tuna I have ever tasted!! My daughter brought this tuna home, and I was so busy eating it, I forgot to ask her where she got it from!!

It was so melt in your mouth good, I want more!! The smokiness was just right, not overwhelming at all.

On a scale of one to ten: OFF THE CHARTS!! 

Japanese Pan Noodles - Noodles and Company

These caramelized udon noodles are so yummy!!! I absolutely loved this dish.  It just might be my top pick out of all the dishes they offer!!

The depth of flavor that you get with this dish is otherworldly!! Loved, loved LOVED this one!!

So delicious!!!

Pesto Cavatappi - Noodles and Company

Just feast your eyes on this awesome dish!!! I've never heard if Pesto Cavatappi, but I would sure order this again!!

Pesto is one of my favs, so when they brought this dish out, my eyes lit up!! Yummy goodness is all I have to say!!

The pork that you've seen on the top of some of their dishes is just a serving suggestion, the dish doesn't automatically come with it.  They chose to put it on some of or dishes so that we could see one of the options.

Mediterranean Salad - Noodles and Company

Yes!!! Another hit!! They were really going out of their way to impress us for our tasting. 

The only problem that I had that day was being worried about getting full before we "tasted" everything!! ;-)

I paced myself so that I could have the FULL experience!!
