Thai-Style Tilapia - Elephant Bar

I don't usually buy tilapia when I eat out, because that's my fish of choice at home, but this time I decided to pick it.  I'm SO glad that I did, because this Thai-Style tilapia was bursting with flavor and so tender!! I really wished there was a lot more on the plate.  I would have eaten two plates of it if no one was looking. :-))

I think I'm going to try to find a recipe and make it my own to share with you on my blog.  The rice I chose to pair with the tilapia was brown rice.  The Elephant Bar did not disappoint for my Birthday celebration.

Several people told me Happy Birthday on the way out, and one guy even offered to buy drinks for everyone!  

Habanero Lime Margarita - Elephant Bar

I went to The Elephant Bar recently with my sisters to celebrate our Birthdays. Me and one of my sisters are born in July, so my other sister took us out.  I must say that their Habanero Lime Margarita was very tasty!

It was the perfect blend of everything!  I hear it is on the Bartender's Pick list. I didn't know that at the time, I just asked the waitress what she recommended and you know me, I heard something spicy was in it and it became my choice!!

I can't tell you what the other drinks were, just that they were virgin drinks. They looked pretty though!! 

The important thing is that we had a great time together, and had some good laughs! Fun times!!! Love mi familia!!!
