Fried Zucchini
Here are the pics from part of my dinner today. Fried zucchini is a tried and true favorite for the family. I used flour, eggs, Panko bread crumbs, Slap Yo Mamma Seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder and sea salt.
The Panko bread crumbs give them that extra crunchiness that I love!! For dipping, I use Lighthouse Ranch dressing. :-))
