Polenta and Grilled Tilapia

Okay, after I put it all together, I felt a little guilty because I didn't have anything green on the plate....then I realized I do!!!! It's just in a fried and breaded version!! LOL

It's really about what tastes good, and everything on this plate tastes good, so I'm happy with it.

Grilled on a George Foreman grill

Polenta seasoned with salt, Mrs. Dash and butter

Served with Frank's Hot Sauce on the fish!!

Polenta

I've loved polenta from the first time that I tried it.  While I was at the store today, getting side-tracked..haha, I saw some on the shelf and picked up a package.

I think that will be my new cooking experiment tomorrow.  I'm not to sure what I'll pair it with.  I know that you can either make a creamy version, which is what I think I'll do, or a fried version.
