I've loved polenta from the first time that I tried it. While I was at the store today, getting side-tracked..haha, I saw some on the shelf and picked up a package.
I think that will be my new cooking experiment tomorrow. I'm not to sure what I'll pair it with. I know that you can either make a creamy version, which is what I think I'll do, or a fried version.
