It's a blue moon!!! Just kidding, that's what I say when my youngest daughter decides to cook dinner!! She made an out-of-this-world Spicy Thai Shrimp Wrap!!
It was so good. She really does have the family cooking skills, she just doesn't want to admit it to herself, either that or she's trying to keep me from asking her to cook. ;-)
Everything she cooks comes out so tasty!!! :-))
She wouldn't divulge all the ingredients, but I know there is shrimp, red peppers, toasted coconut, coconut milk, green onions, peanuts and of course the lettuce to wrap it in.
