Seared Tuna, Calamari & Veggies - Tomi

This plate belongs to my other friend.  She chose the seared tuna (not true to color in this pic...not sure why), calamari and veggies!!

We all had such a good time.  Good food and good company, what more could you want!!

Fried Calamari - Postino

Sometimes when a waiter or waitress tells you that they have the best this or the best that, you take it with a grain of salt because you figure they have to tell you that.

In this case, the waiter said, "we have the best calamari you will ever taste in the area."  You know what? He wasn't lying!!! The fried calamari at Postino was hands down the best calamari that I have tasted in a LONG time!!

The soft butter, which was flavored and served with the artisan breads you see behind the calamari were awesome as well.

The calamari is worth a trip back to Postino, even IF I didn't order anything else.  Two words... mouth watering!!!
