Fried Catfish, Chili & Fully Loaded Baked Potato - Texas Roadhouse

Even more fried goodness from the Texas Roadhouse!!! They do fried right!! The catfish is nice and crunchy on the outside, and tender and flaky on the inside!! Yummy!!

The chili was on point, and so was the fully loaded baked potato!! Every now and then you just have to go for it.  Just feast your eyes on all this delicious food!! :-))

This is an egg white, fully loaded omelette.  I was really hungry one morning and couldn't decide on what to put in my omelette.  I just knew that I wanted it to be made from egg whites.  I wound up putting "the kitchen sink" in it as my mom used to say!! Viola!!! Here is my finished product!!
