Simple Dinner

Here is the simple dinner that I fixed tonight.  There are no fancy stories behind it, just wanted something simple and fairly healthy.

In this pic is baked fish, roasted mashed garlic & Parmesan

 red potatoes with mixed veggies and a glass of white wine.

Simple, but it hit the spot!!! :-))

Baby Back Ribs - Chili's Bar & Grill

I've been wanting some ribs for a while now, and this was the first opportunity that I've had to get them, and they didn't disappoint!!  Yeah, I could have made them at home, but I chose to eat them out this time around.

Nice tender, juicy baby back ribs!!! They were well worth the wait!! :-))

On this plate are the baby back ribs with BBQ sauce, caramel apples and fully loaded mashed potatoes.
