Zucchini, Squash Blend and Chicken

I love to make my zucchini, squash blend super thin.  I slice them and season them with butter, onion powder and season salt.  I cook them for just a few minutes so that they don't get soggy.  They still have a slight crunch to them.

The chicken is Orange chicken and General Tso chicken, both very tasty!!

Yummy dish!!

Just stare at it!! It's okay, I've been doing the same thing!! ;-))

Pollo Rostizado - Sol Food

My oldest daughter really knows how to do lunch!!  There is a Puerto Rican restaurant that she loves to go to.

She shared this pic with me, so I could share it with all of you.

On this plate is the Pollo Rostizado, served with salad and rice, black beans, and mofongo.  I will show another angle of the plate on the next post.

I have got to get to this place for lunch SOON!! :-))

Crispy Honey-Chipotle Crispers - Chili's Bar & Grill

I've had these once before, and they are finger licking good!!! How they manage to keep the chicken crispy with sauce on them is beyond me, but they do.  They stay crispy from the first bite until the last one.

Very good choice at Chili's!!

Chinese Chicken Salad

So I was sitting around the house thinking about dinner.  It was another one of those "can't think of anything that I would like to eat" moments.  A cousin asked for a recipe of mine on Facebook, and as I shared it with her, I asked for one of hers.  She gave me a recipe for Chinese Chicken Salad, which sounded delicious!  I gave it a try, with my own little add-ins and my family LOVED it!! It's good to have a family that can cook!
