Roasted Potato Garlic Pizza - Made by Ty

My daughter went away to college and came back a serious cook!! I didn't teach her a thing about cooking before she left!! haha  I like to be in the kitchen by myself, so she didn't get a chance to do much experimenting before she left.

Most college kids learn how to make better ramen, not this one!! This is her homemade pizza, which was to die for.  

This pic does NOT do this pizza justice.  Unfortunately, I haven't been able to convince her to make another one!  Maybe she'll see this post and feel a little bit guilty!! Hint, hint!! :-))

Tortilla Pizza - Made by Ty

Here is a great low-fat pizza idea made by my oldest daughter!  You get what you want, which is a pizza, without all the extra fat.

For her pizza she used a baked tortilla for the crust, instead of the traditional pizza dough.

Awesome idea, and awesome taste!! Look how pretty it looks!!

Veggie Pizza - Mountain Mike's

This beautiful creation right here is the new love of my life!!! I don't know what it is, but I'm just hooked on veggie pizza's lately.  No, I don't eat a ton of pizza, but when I do feel like one, I've been eating the veggie version.

I have serious love for fresh tomatoes, and if you put them on top of a pizza, even better!! It kind of makes me feel like I'm eating healthy...haha

This particular pizza is from Mountain Mike's.  The funny thing is that I can tell the difference by location...sad, I know, but it's true!!!  It's just a subtle difference, but it's enough to be noticed, at least by me.

This pizza was so "pretty," I had to take this pic and share it with you.  Makes your mouth water doesn't it???  Yeah, I know, I know...
