Dinner Plate - Made by Raianne (my Sister-in-law)

Here is a delicious dinner made my my sister-in-law Raianne.  In this pic you can see that she topped brown rice with green beans, tomato, black beans and sweet garlic chicken.

Mouth watering I'm sure, but I didn't have the pleasure of tasting this one. Maybe she'll make it again when I visit next...hint, hint!!! ;-))  From what I hear, it is not only tasty, but low in calories as well.

Fried Green Tomatoes - Feito Pela Joann

I'm SO excited!!! Both of my sisters came by my house just now.  One of my sisters brought me some fried green tomatoes.  I've loved them since the first time I tried them.

The tartness of the unripe firm tomato paired with the crusty exterior of this dish just blends together perfectly!!

These wonderful tomatoes were grown right in her own back yard, so they are especially good, mouth watering even.  It's a good thing I had salad for lunch!! ;-))

Cucumber with Tomato Sandwich

Sometimes getting creative can be really simple when it comes to eating. Sometimes it's more about the shot than the ingredients.  Here I have a very simple sandwich made with tomato, cucumber, cracked pepper olive oil mayo and a little salt and pepper.  The shot did do the sandwich justice, because it was yummy!!
