New York Style Cheesecake - Skates

Here is a pic of a delicious New York style cheesecake with peppermint whipped cream from Skates.

Cheesecake is a REAL weakness of mine!! I have to use some serious self control when I'm around it...sooooooo YUMMY!!!

Look at what my eyes spotted in the store!!! They were really pulling all the stops to try to make a sale today.

I was so good!! Although cheesecake is one of my all time favs, I actually walked away!!

This was such a tempting, beautifully decorated one too!!!

My youngest has always loved to bake, whether it be cupcakes, cookies, cakes or in this case her very first cheesecake!! 

She made it completely from scratch! She made the graham cracker crust, the cheesecake itself and even the glaze!! It was everything I would expect in a cheesecake and more. The BEST cheesecake ever!!
