Best Big, Fat Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

I wanted the BEST chocolate chip cookie recipe that I could find, and guess what?? I found it on the Allrecipes.com Web site.

These cookies are melt in your mouth, chocolaty goodness!!! My family couldn't stop eating them...yes, that includes me!! In the pic below are the first batch to come out the oven.  Yummy!!!!

Caramel Cheesecake Bites - Del Taco

These are literally little bites of heaven!! These cheesecake bites from Del Taco are nice and warm when you buy them.  They are sweet, but not too sweet and nice and creamy in the center. The crunch on the outside puts the icing on the cake!!

I'll buy the 4 pack and share 2 of them with someone else, because I would eat all 4!!! :-)

Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard - Dairy Queen

Who goes to Dairy Queen without getting ice cream?? No one that I know! This is one of their famous Blizzards.  I chose the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup version. 

I try to break out of the normal eating patterns that I have from time to time. The reason I say that is because if I go to DQ, I get the dipped cones, which you will see in the next post.

This was the small, and believe me, it was TOO much to eat all at once.  I put it in my fridge when I got home and finished it the next day.

DELICIOUS!!!

Yogurt Lemon Cream Pie - Made by Janice

My sister made this light and creamy pie for dessert! It looks so good, I wish I could taste it right through this monitor!

Yogurt + Lemon = DELICIOUSNESS!!!

Cream Cheese Leche Flan - Made by Leomar

I know what I wish I were doing right now...eating a piece of that delicious looking flan in the pic below, which was made by Leomar!

This flan looks creamy, smooth and awesomely delicious!! 

Way to go Leomar!!!

Frozen Yogurt - Tuttmelon

I was sitting at the house and craving something sweet.  I wanted something light, so me and the girls headed out to Tuttimelon for yogurt!

I got the pineapple yogurt and topped it with kiwi fruit, peaches, strawberries and a cherry!

The pineapple yogurt almost reminded me of the frozen yogurt we got at Dole when I was in Hawaii.  Sooooooooooooo good, but it was almost too much to eat!  :-)

Cupcakes - Kara's

Outside of my daughter's homemade cupcakes, Kara's has the BEST cupcakes around!!

It was love at first bite!! My sister introduced me to Kara's a while back, and I've loved their cupcakes since that time.  If it is a warm day, you'd better eat your cupcakes fast, or the frosting will melt off the top because they are that fresh!!

In this pic are Banana, Banana Caramel, Neapolitan, and Red Velvet cupcakes! You may have noticed the bite out of one of them...that was mine!! lol  I couldn't wait to take a bite before I could even take a pic.

DELICIOUS!!!!

Fried Rice Balls

My sister was in the city recently, and asked how to locate a bakery that we always go to when we are there.  I couldn't remember the name of the street, but I do remember how to get there.

She found it, and brought me back some fried rice balls with red bean paste. If you've never eaten them, you are missing out on a delicious sweet treat!!  I absolutely love these!!!  They are so yummy!!!

Petit Fours - Nugget

I was really craving some Petit Fours, and there is only one place I knew of that would most likely carry them, and that is the Nugget Market.

My sisters and I made a road trip out of it, and brought along my nieces as well! I was right!!! They had them, not a lot of them, but that didn't matter.  They had enough for me!!

These little beauties had an amaretti center!! Craving satisfied!!! :-)

Fresh Strawberry Cream Cheese Cake - By Michael

Not only are the strawberries fresh, but the WHOLE cake looks fresh as well!!

Caramelized Chocolate Cheesecake - Made by Leomar

This cheesecake right here is an absolute masterpiece!!! Leomar's caramelized chocolate cheesecake has an Oreo cookie crust on the bottom!!

I REALLY wish I was eating this right now!!! It looks SO incredibly inviting!!

This is what we all had for dessert!! It is the chocolate mousse made by Scotts!

Creme Brulee - Skates

Here is a pic of a scrumptious Creme Brulee done by Skates.  This Creme Brulee is perfectly matched with some fresh mixed berries, and whipped cream on the side!!

Doesn't this make you want to just eat it up?? ;-))

Red Velvet Bread Pudding - Skates

I haven't been the biggest fan of bread pudding, because we had it a lot growing up.  In recent years, I've come to have a new appreciation for bread pudding.

In the pic below is a beautifully done Red Velvet bread pudding done by Skates. It is paired with vanilla bean ice cream, and white chocolate.

I didn't get to taste this one, but the flavor comes through loud and clear in this pic!! :-))

New York Style Cheesecake - Skates

Cheesecake is a REAL weakness of mine!! I have to use some serious self control when I'm around it...sooooooo YUMMY!!!

My sister ordered this tasty looking dessert!! I only WISH I had tasted it.  Just look at how smooth and creamy it is!!

Just think super smooth and creamy!!! That's what she told me, and I'll have to take her word for it on this one! ;-))

Banana Cream Pie - Hurley's

OMG!!! What can I say about this dessert??? Only that it was FANTASTIC!!! I've never had a banana cream pie exactly like this one!!

It was just melt in your mouth goodness, that had fresh bananas in it and a nice crunchy crust at the bottom.  This banana cream pie also has Valrhona chocolate, candied macadamia nuts and butterscotch sauce!

SOOOOOOOO delectable!!! 

Peanut Butter Cookies - Made by Joann

 My sister is the Queen of cookie making!! This is the time of year she really brings her "A" game!!

She bakes tons of Christmas cookies for the family, her co-workers and friends!! The pic below is of some of her famous peanut butter cookies!!

Love at first bite, is the best way to describe this dessert!! This is a cappuccino almond gelato mousse.

It is just as good as it looks, NO, even MORE delicious than it looks in this pic!!!

Molten Chocolate - Luna Ristorante

Luna has a very impressive dessert menu, of course we couldn't order everything.  Because the desserts are so decadent, we decided to share them so we didn't feel guilty eating them!! Smart, huh?? haha

This is a rich chocolate cake, with a flowing chocolate center.  It was SO good!!! I'm really glad that I didn't order it by myself, because I KNOW I would have eaten every last drop!!
