Cheese Ball - By Timothy

My WHOLE family looks forward to this cheese ball that my niece's husband Timothy makes during the Holidays!

I wish I knew how he made it, but I think it's a closely guarded secret!! He got us good this year.  Me and my family arrived early, and we were expecting him to bring the cheese ball out.  After a while, we asked about it, and he said "no, I didn't make it."

We honestly felt so let down!! After a few minutes he came around the corner with it and we were so excited!! It's the simple things in life folks!! ;-)

Awesome, awesome cheese ball is all I can say!!!

Chicken Salad Sandwich

Looking at this pic now, I find it kind of funny, because I know what I was thinking when I took it! My thoughts were, I'm hungry and I don't have time to take a pic. LOL!!

I took this pic before I had even put lettuce on my sandwich! Even though you can't see them in the shot, I put cranberries in the chicken salad.  I was just experimenting to see how it would taste.

It was actually pretty good with the cranberries in it!!  All in all, it was a great sandwich!!

Roasted Turkey - By Jamila

This perfectly roasted turkey (missing a leg..haha), was cooked by my niece Jamila!!

Her turkey was juicy and flavorful!! I'm not a super turkey fan, but I will eat it during the Holidays, because it's a traditional thing to do.  I'm glad that I tasted her turkey, because it wasn't dry at all.

Great job niece!!!

Nachos - Salsa Rojas

You know how you have those moments when you want something to eat, but you're too lazy to actually cook something?  Yeah, me too!!! :-)

The nachos in the pic below was a result of one of those moments.  I wanted something tasty, but simple.

I decided to make these simple nachos, using just sharp cheddar cheese that I grated myself, and some fresh Salsa Rojas to top them.

OMG!!! Maybe I was just extremely hungry, or they were just THAT good!! Either way, I really enjoyed this plate of nachos!!  Soooo good!!!

Wings - Lemon Pepper & Garlic Parmesan - Wing Stop

These tasty wings in the pic below came from Wing Stop.  The thing I love about Wing Stop is that you can mix and match so many different flavors.

The bold flavor of the Lemon Pepper wings is just indescribably good!! I could literally eat them every day, of course I wouldn't actually do that, but it's a thought!! :-)

Actually, when I think about it, the Lemon Pepper wings are my favorite!!!

Having said that, the Garlic Parmesan is awesome as well.  You can definitely taste the garlic flavor, but the taste of garlic doesn't drown out the Parmesan. Just a truly wonderful blend of flavors!!

Pepperoni Pizza

I love pizza as much as the next person, but sometimes I can't leave well enough alone!! ;-)

This pizza was ordered by my daughter (sorry, forgot where she ordered it from).  It is a pepperoni pizza, but I decided to top my slices with some red and yellow fire roasted peppers.

It may sound strange, but this really kicked up the taste of the pizza.  Normally, I will add some Frank's Red Hot to my pizza, but this worked just as well.

Yummy!!!
