Green Tea Frappuccino - Starbucks

I saw this on someone else's IG account, and had to try one for myself! I went out and bought a "tall." Yes, this is a "tall!!"

I wasn't sure if I'd like it, so I didn't get a larger size.  After I tasted it, I really wished I had gotten a larger one!!

This is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO freaking good!!!! A MUST try!!!

Root Beer Float - A&W

Yes, my daughter got this along with that juicy burger in the last post!! Root beer floats take me back to childhood...okay, not really, I don't think my parents ever bought or made me a root beer float growing up...LOL!!

I do love a good root beer float, and A&W has one of the BEST around!!

Watermelon-Mint Detox Water - Made by Rashida

I was being a kind of skeptical when my youngest daughter was telling me about this water, but I was SO wrong.

This watermelon-mint detox water that she made was just a delicious as it was refreshing!!!

She put just the right amount of mint in, so that it didn't overpower the watermelon taste.

Sooooo good!!!!

Hot Cocoa

This was how my morning started out yesterday!! I was going to make coffee, but I really felt like hot cocoa, even though I didn't have whipped cream to put on top.

It was cold in the house, and everyone was sleep but me!  I took the pic, and saw that the sun was peeking through the windows, and you can see the steam rising from the cup!

It was an awesome morning, made more so by this wonderful cup of hot cocoa!!

Banana Milkshake - Sonic

Sonic does their drink selections well!! Their fruit ice cream shakes aren't just fruit flavored.  They have real pieces of fruit in them, like this banana shake. 

My favorite shakes are the banana and the pineapple.  I don't buy shakes often, but if I do, I get them from Sonic, because they know how to make a quality milkshake!

Just look at that beautiful shake!! Even the whip cream on top is beautiful!! :-))

Egg Nog

It's getting to be that time of year again, you can always tell by how much egg nog you will see in the grocery store. 

I do love the taste of egg nog, but it's so super thick, and since I don't drink it with alcohol, it can be a bit much!!

My daughter on the other hand LOVES the stuff.  She can't wait until she can buy endless amounts of it, and yes, you guess it!! This is her egg nog! :-)

Mimosa

While I was sitting around deciding if I would make something new, this happened. This and those veggie chips in the background!! :-))

Giant Coca-Cola

I'm a coke fan, although I don't drink it much any more.  When I saw this on the side of a building I just had to take the pic!!

Iced Coffee & Sweets - Panache Cafe

Sometimes some of the best finds are in out of the way locations.  This was one of those times!! What I remember about this day, is that it was REALLY hot.  We had spent a long day in the SF, and we were looking for something cold to drink, so we took an exit off the freeway and found this place.

Those iced coffees hit the spot!!

Peach Momotaro blooming tea -Teavana!

My sister and I visited a Teavana tea shop, and she told me about the peach momotaro blooming tea, so I bought some.  

The taste of this tea is something everyone should experience at least once in your life if you love tea like I do.  I can't even do it justice in a description, you'll just have to try it!!

It's really fun to watch the blossom open as well.  I have to get out and buy some more soon!!

Jasmine Flower Tea - Zen Restaurant

Jasmine flower tea!!! Who knew??? I must be the only person that had never heard of it.  I ordered it because my friends ordered it.  I love tea, so it was awesome to have great tea and watch the flower bloom in the glass!!

Pink Lemonade - Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.

Here is a pic of a very delicious lemonade that my daughter had at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.  She got to keep the fancy light flashing glass it came in too! I tried to capture the flashing lights around the bottom of the glass, but failed miserably. :-)

I didn't bother to ask the price of the drink, but I'm sure it was more than the norm because of the glass. It was worth it to see her smiling about it!!

Thai Iced Tea - Sala Thai

Think cool and refreshing if you haven't had a Thai iced tea!!! Just picture yourself relaxing and sipping on this awesome drink!  Go ahead, close your eyes and imagine!!

UPDATE: Bean Head Coffee and De'Longhi Stainless Steel Burr Coffee Grinder

I've been waiting to write the review for a while now.  First I would like to thank Bean Head Coffee for delivering my package in a very timely manner, unfortunately, I had it shipped to my job thinking I would get it faster and wound up out sick for a couple of days.  I ordered my Bean Head Coffee through Amazon, just in case you missed that on my last post about the coffee.

Bean Head Coffee:
The coffee was everything I hoped it would be and more! It has just enough acidity to keep the coffee from tasting flat, which there is nothing worse than!!! The body is rich, but not to heavy or light.  It has a very pleasant, what I'll call that "fresh brewed" fragrant aroma.  The flavor has a nice complexity and balance to it, which is VERY Important. LOVE this coffee!!!!

DeLonghi Stainless Steel Burr Coffee Grinder:
This coffee grinder was suggested by Bean Head Coffee.  They knew what they were talking about!! The perfect grinder, which will NOT burn your coffee beans!!  You are in control of how your beans are ground.  I read the instructions and followed them as far as what type of coffee machine I have (which is a drip machine).  It recommended medium for my type of coffee machine, and it worked perfectly. It also shuts off automatically!

I think I'll initiate a star system just for this post!!

On of scale of 1-5 Stars, BOTH of these get 5 STARS!!!

Recommendation:  Try them for yourself, I don't think you'll be disappointed!!  :-))

Blue Hawaiian - Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.

This drink right here...well, I think the pic speaks for itself!! Since it was in the background of my last post, I figured I'd better give it it's own post.

One word DELICIOUS!! It was a Blue Hawaiian that was actually green!!! 

Bean Head Coffee

I'm am TOO excited!!! First day back to work and my Bean Head coffee was waiting for me.  It comes in a really awesome package, as you can see in the photo below.

I ordered it on-line through Amazon and I can't wait to taste it.  Unfortunately, I have to wait a bit longer because my new coffee grinder hasn't arrived yet.

When it does, I will be posting an update on what promises to be amazing tasting coffee!!! The company is based out of Canada, but if you don't live there, you can still order it on-line.  You can only purchase the beans in the U.S., not the ground version. No matter, I'm VERY excited about this!!!

Italian Soda

My daughter and I were out and about looking for a place to eat.  We wanted to go to In-and-Out Burger, but the line was too freakin' long!!

So we decided to come back towards our house and happened to see a Deli on the side of the road that said "Drive Through."  That's all we needed to see!! Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the Deli, but this is a pic of the Italian sodas that we purchased.

Mine is raspberry, and my daughter got the peach with whip cream on top. I loved it from the first sip!!!!

As an afterthought, I could have put them in the cup holder, but I guess this is a better shot!! ;-))

Argo Tea - Carolina Honey

I love firsts!!! I guess you can tell by now! ;-))  I found this tea today and what attracted me to it first is the packaging, if I'm to be honest.  Saw the bottle first, read it second!  It's the artist in me, I can't help it!!

The third thing that I liked about it was that the bottle was an actual glass bottle and not plastic!  Nice!!

So, I took a sip and thought it was very refreshing!! I love tea anyway, but this tea has a nice clean taste.  You get nothing but the tea, honey and lemon.

Would I buy it again, YES, but not from where I bought it.  The price was too steep.  My curiosity got the better of me and I bought it anyway.  I would buy it by the case, because it's cheaper that way.  You can find it on line at Amazon.com
