Cupcakes - Kara's

Outside of my daughter's homemade cupcakes, Kara's has the BEST cupcakes around!!

It was love at first bite!! My sister introduced me to Kara's a while back, and I've loved their cupcakes since that time.  If it is a warm day, you'd better eat your cupcakes fast, or the frosting will melt off the top because they are that fresh!!

In this pic are Banana, Banana Caramel, Neapolitan, and Red Velvet cupcakes! You may have noticed the bite out of one of them...that was mine!! lol  I couldn't wait to take a bite before I could even take a pic.

While I was in the store, I spotted these pretty cupcakes!! No, I didn't buy them, I just thought they were pretty and took a pic.

My daughter probably thinks I do things like taking pics in the store to embarrass her, but honestly I don't!! ;-))

My daughter loves a good cupcake!! I opened my fridge and saw these beautifully decorated cupcakes.

I couldn't resist taking a pic of them!! Aren't they pretty??? :-))

Here is my sweet treat pic of the day!! I saw these beauties at Whole Foods.  

Chocolate and vanilla cupcakes!!  They did an awesome job with the decoration, so I took a quick pic before they convinced me to buy them! haha ;-))

Lemon Cupcakes with Raspberry Buttercream Frosting

Here is a pic that I took of some lemon cupcakes with raspberry buttercream frosting that I baked.  I'll admit, I didn't know how they would come out, but I've found that if you put a little love into your baking, that translates into some delicious food!!

The pic is not the best, but I'm very proud of my little cupcakes!! :-))

Cupcakes - Whole Food

I was in Whole Foods by the Bakery section and I spotted these beauties!! I love the way they decorated these cupcakes!!!  I also like the little sign they included in the back, just in case customers got any ideas about wanting to eat them!!

They do make customized cupcakes, it's just that these have been sitting for a while and are there just so you'll want to order them!  :-))

Awesome!!!! My daughter is really getting into this cooking thing!! She better watch out, because I could get used to this and a LOT spoiled.

I came home and she had made a new kind of cupcake.  She refused to tell me what they were until I was about to put it in my mouth...haha..daughters!!!

Anyway, I took a bite and if any of you have had store bought vs. homemade, you KNOW that homemade wins hands-down!!

This cupcake is one for the books.  It is moist, vanilla, pistachio'ed, lemon'd (okay, I may have made up a few words, BUT they fit!!) melt in your mouth cupcake!!!

I could literally eat them all, but I'm nice....I'll let someone else eat one or two!! ;-))

She wanted me to call it Geo and I was confused, so she said look it up and then told me I was probably the only person that didn't know what that was! :-)

Banana Pudding Cupcakes - Made by Marina (daughter-in-law)

We had a family get together recently, and my son's fiance brought these mouth watering cupcakes!! Just think banana pudding and you can already taste them!! If you love banana pudding, these are the cupcakes for you.

They were beautifully prepared, moist and just as delicious as the picture shows.  

Your food is not safe around me, if you are in my family!! Like I said in a previous post, I will definitely share the pic on my blog.  Unfortunately, I'm not at liberty to give the recipe for this one, because I didn't create them and I didn't ask permission to do so.

Great job future daughter-in-law!! I'm looking forward to whatever creations she comes up with in the future!! :-))

Red Velvet Cream Cheese Cupcakes

These cupcakes were DELISH!!!! They are Red Velvet Cream Cheese cupcakes, and totally homemade!!! These beautiful and delicious cupcakes were made by my son's fiance.  I won't mention her name here, unless she tells me to!! Just keep baking these wonderful delights and I'll keep posting them!! Yummy!!
