Crock Pot Pepper Steak by Michael

It's amazing what you can do with a slow cooker.  I love using mine, because it saves a lot of time and effort, and the meat comes out so tender.

I wish I could say that I tasted it, but he and Leomar live a bit of a distance from me, so sometimes I can only drool online at the dishes they create. ;-))
