You would think I was on a tortellini kick, huh?? I would agree, but the truth is that I bought two packs of tortellini, and decided to use them fresh instead of freezing the second pack! :-))
Here I paired the tortellini with my homemade meat sauce. The meat being ground turkey.
It came out really good, but I wish I had a veggie that would have worked with this dish. It turns out that when I grocery shopped, I missed the veggies with the exception of lettuce. How does one do that you might ask? I have NO clue, because I've never done that before. Well, first time for everything! ;-)
