I'm trying to get all kinds of creative here, so I decided I would attempt to make homemade soft pretzels!!
I just got through making the dough the old fashioned way, because I don't have one of those fancy kitchenaids to help out with the process. Kneading dough can be HARD work!!!
Anyway, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the dough actually does what it is supposed to do and rises in about an hour.
After that, I will proceed with the twisting of the dough and the baking process. Truth be told, I'm going to bake the dough no matter how it comes out!! lol
I will give an update on my progress a little bit later. Wish me luck!!! I'm going to need it!!!
