My friend had this scrumptious chicken quesadilla. The interesting thing is, she doesn't even like Mexican food and only went along because of another friend's Birthday celebration!
She absolutely loved it!! She said it was the best quesadilla she ever had!! It looked awesome, so I'm sure the taste was fantastic.
It was made with a crisp handmade corn tortilla served with mexican crema, queso fresco,pico de gallo,julienne of lettuces and guacamole.
