Here is a chile relleno done differently than I've ever seen! I love chile rellenos, but the only kind I've ever seen before today is the breaded kind. It looked interesting and I would definitely be willing to give it a try in the near future!!
The friend that ordered this one loved it too!!
This chile relleno was filled with Niman Ranch ground picadillo (beef) and topped with melted mozzarella cheese.
