This pear right here people...OMG!!!! I don't even know what kind of liqueur they used to infuse this chocolate pear, but it was REALLY good!!
This is not a chocolate candy pear, but an actual fruit. They somehow made it chocolate through and through and infused it with the liqueur. I imagine they must have soaked the pear in both. I really don't know, but hats off to the chef for coming up with such a creative dessert!!
