UPDATE: This was actually sturgeon, not swordfish!! Oops!!
I wish you all could taste this right through whatever device you are viewing it on!! Maybe someday someone will invent taste-o-vision!! But for now, feast your eyes on the very first piece of sturgeon that I have ever tasted!! (yes, ANOTHER first!) I'm trying to live outside of my comfort zone as far as food is concerned.
The chef did this piece of fish justice! Loved every bite of it, and would definitely order this dish again!!!
