This combo is no joke people!! Everything on this plate was bursting with flavor!! The creaminess of the polenta was perfectly complimented by the root veggies and the fennel roasted pork loin.
The pork loin had gravy on it, but I didn't ask what type of gravy. I believe it was pork gravy though. It was juicy and so very tender. I LOVED every bite of this!!
