Okay, I have to admit that I didn't know there was such a thing as a cheesecake pound cake!! This is Leomar's homemade cheesecake pound cake.
I don't know if she believes me when I say I'm going to show up on her doorstep with a fork & spoon one of these days. I may even bring some "doggie bags." LOL
Pound cake, when done right is melt in your mouth goodness, with a little crunch to the outside crust and knowing Leomar, that's exactly how this one tasted!!
