Rice Bowl with Fish - By Rashida

My youngest daughter made this rice bowl with fish!! She's getting really good at cooking, and I love the moments when I get to sample her dishes.

The fish was light and flaky, and the rice was done just right.  I'm not sure if she used sticky rice, or regular rice, but it had a sticky rice consistency. She seasoned everything to perfection!
