Grilled cheese sandwiches are an art form as far as I am concerned. There has to be the right amount of cheese and butter, and the bread has to be sourdough (at least for me).
Sour dough and grilled cheese go together like Baseball games and hot dogs!! They just work really well together.
I do want to try some variations of the classic soon, like grilled cheese with apples or something like that. It sounds delish!!
