Voila!!! Here is my finished dish. It is Zucchini Noodles with Meat Sauce! The noodles are made from zucchini and the meat sauce is made from ground turkey (my fav) and Ragu (garden veggie).
I added the mint leaf for a good visual effect! I'm slick like that!! haha I tasted them and I didn't even miss the pasta that I usually use for spaghetti. Awesome dish that you should try.
The zucchini holds up really well to the meat sauce. I used the Vegetti that I showed in the last post to make the zucchini noodles.
I would give this one 5 stars, if I had stars to give! ;-))
