This potato was a big boy!! haha Split in half it looks like it should be two separate potatoes! I threw everything but the kitchen sink on it.
By now you should see a theme with me, because I love, love, love mushrooms. As much as my daughter loathes them, I love them. We have to strike a happy balance from time to time, so I won't put them on her food (unless I can be real sneaky about it).
It's much easier to tell you what's not on this potato, than to tell you what is on it....what's not?? The kitchen sink!! lol
