Breakfast Tacos

I had a light bulb moment!!! I was making my breakfast scramble because my daughter's friend spent the night.  She likes to eat tortillas with her breakfast, so she made a burrito with it.

I thought...hmmmm, why not make breakfast tacos??  My pic below shows one with salsa verde and the other with Sriracha.
