Breakfast Scramble w/Avocado

Another day, and my fascination with breakfast continues...sighs!! Not really!!! I love it and will always love it.

This was my breakfast today at work.  Can't you just taste it?? Yeah, me too...and I did!!! This is an egg white veggie scramble, with salsa on top, wheat toast and avocado.
