I wanted some ribs really bad, but didn't want to pay some unnecessary price to get some. I went to the store, found a great price on a rack of ribs, bought it, went home and cooked them to a fall off the bone consistency!
Believe it or not, these ribs were done in the crock pot for 8 hours, then put on a lined baking pan and baked in the oven smothered in BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's) for 20 minutes.
Outside of cooking them on the grill, these were the BEST ribs ever!!! They came out so tender and still had all of their flavor, because you only add about 1/4 cup of water in the crock pot to keep them from sticking to the bottom.
